With over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry, Terry is a seasoned professional who stumbled upon this career path quite serendipitously in 2001. After years of traveling the world, he found himself back home in Australia, seeking employment, and inadvertently landed a role as a recruitment consultant.
Terry's journey has been a testament to his resilience and adaptability, as he honed his skills by working with various recruitment agencies, learning from their strengths and weaknesses. In 2014, he took the bold step of launching his own venture, Blake National Placements, and has never looked back.
Recognising the challenges and rewards of being an independent recruiter,
Terry has also founded the Independent Recruiters Group (IRG), a community that brings together like-minded professionals to foster collaboration, support, and success. His company, Blake National Placements, continues to thrive by partnering with employers of choice and placing high-quality, genuine candidates.
