About the Role

This is a senior-level projects lead role, you'll be embedded in the engine room of each project, working closely with engineers, clients and financial stakeholders to keep things moving and on track.

You will enjoy fantastic diversity and variety, days may include onsite inspections or in client meetings, other days in the office keeping projects tightly organised. You’ll be the central point of contact across multiple teams, keeping timelines, tasks, and communications aligned.

Position overview: (outline but not limited to)

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Lead day-to-day organisation across multiple engineering disciplines

·         Schedule and track current and upcoming project work

·         Own communications between internal teams, clients, site managers and finance

·         Support project financial tracking and reporting

·         Proactively resolve issues and keep everyone informed

·         Support new staff onboarding and mentor where needed

 

With all core engineering services offered in-house, including Sustainability and Fire Safety, we provide integrated, high-quality solutions that prioritise efficiency, economy, and design integrity.

 


The successful candidate will have:
  • What You’ll Bring

    ·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Building Services Engineering consultancy (essential)

    ·         Ideally, degree-qualified in Mechanical, Fire, ESD or Hydraulic Engineering

    ·         Solid understanding of engineering design and documentation

    ·         Strong communicator with confident client-facing skills

    ·         Excellent time management and reporting ability

    ·         Familiarity with Coda, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit (advantageous)

    ·         Comfortable leading from the centre of a project team
