Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects including resources, schedules, supplies, and purchasing.

  • Oversee project budgets, invoicing, variations, claims, and financial documentation.

  • Provide regular progress reports and quickly communicate any delays or concerns.

  • Act as a technical advisor offering expertise on key projects.

  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing project updates and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.

  • Develop systems for recording and storing client information and project data.

  • Provide feedback to staff and inform HR of any performance issues.

  • Promote a culture of health and safety across the business.

Required Skills:
  • Project management experience, able to work with teams at all levels.

  • Skilled at identifying additional business opportunities from customer inquiries.

  • Computer literate with MS Office, Strumis (CAD skills an advantage)

  • Quality and productivity focused, thorough and accurate

  • Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal abilities

  • Proactive and able to take ownership to meet deadlines.

  • Customer-focused with drive to consistently improve.

  • Solid construction industry experience

  • Strong background in Project management in the structural steel sector

  • Experience dealing with Tier 1 & 2 construction companies.

  • Team player focused on strategic direction and knowledge sharing.

  • Full hands on – operational experience

  • Highly motivated by OH&S
