We pay our “Referral Advisers” for referring people!
Through BNP's “Quid Pro Quo” referral program, you stand to receive substantial "referral fees" starting at a minimum of $2,000.00 or up to 30% of our complete placement fee.
The concept is straightforward: by referring a contact or an individual from your network for any of the positions featured in our weekly "vacancies list", if they are successful in securing the role you will receive the referral fee.
Our vacancies are typically not promoted on conventional "internet job-boards," which are gradually fading into obscurity. Instead, they are filled through industry-relevant referrals, just like yours.

How it works: If you decide to join us (at NO cost) we send you a weekly list of vacancies and all you have to do is forward the email on to anyone you think might be interested and suitable.

What do I do if I know a good candidate for the role?Forward the email on to them and let them know if they apply for the role, to mention your name when submitting their application, through our website.

Will my information be shared with anyone?All Referral Advisers information is held in the strictest of confidence and will never be shared with any third party by Blake National Placements ( See privacy clause in Terms & conditions)

Do I have to sign a document or commit to anything?We will not ask you to sign any document, participation is purely voluntary.

What does registration involve?Registration is simple, we ask for your contact details to get the ball rolling so we can start sending our weekly vacancy list to you. When you register, we send a “welcome letter” with Terms & Conditions including privacy statement, payment options & other relevant information.

How do I know that I will get paid?We will keep a strict “paper trail” between us - all correspondence is via email, so that any discrepancies can be resolved.

How do I get paid?When we successfully place your referred candidate, we will send you a summary report. Options for payment include your bank account details, Paypal or PayID

Can I apply for a role on the vacancy list?Absolutely and if you are successful, you will also receive the “referral fee”.
